By engaging Muddy X Digital, you agree to the scope, timelines, payment terms, and delivery conditions documented in your signed project agreement or invoice.

Project timelines depend on content availability, revision cycles, and client feedback response times. Delays in approvals may affect delivery dates.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property ownership transfers after full project payment is completed.
